- Description of Services
a. SPE Virtual Office offers virtual assistant services, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and an application (“App”) designed to assist users in managing their tasks, schedules, communications, and other related activities. - Use of the Services
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. b. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services: i. In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. ii. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm SPE Virtual Office or users of the Services or expose them to liability. iii. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter”, “spam”, or any other similar solicitation. - User Accounts
a. In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SPE Virtual Office immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. - Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, Services, and App, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by SPE Virtual Office or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. b. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site or Services. - Privacy
